Sal & Will’s Jindalee Estate Wedding - Hunter Valley

Sally & Will got married at Sally's parent's beautiful property Jindalee Estate in the Hunter Valley. Jindalee Estate, located in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country, is architecturally and environmentally designed to be 100% off-grid. It is quite a popular accommodation option for families & wedding guests with plenty of space to sleep 12 people. The Estate has 180-degree views of the Brokenback Mountain range and vineyards & is quite close to many of the Hunter Valley's best vineyards, restaurants & attractions. A stunning spot with a main house & 2 villas, with incredible views of the Broke mountain range. Which the couple chose to be the backdrop for their ceremony.

Memory Lane Wedding & Events ran the wedding with on-day logistics, and some fantastic vendors helped pull the day together. Some of those vendors included the excellent Eden Catering serving incredible dishes. In addition, Hugo Bladel kept the tunes rolling, with an acoustic vibe for ceremony & canapés, before kicking into a DJ set for the second half of the reception. Celebrant Marli Stretton got the two lovers hitched with the gorgeous backdrop of the Brokenback Mountain range. A sizeable transparent marquee held the reception, allowing guests to take in the stunning views as the landscape changed with the sun shifting throughout the afternoon & evening.

The best way to sum up this wedding was sophisticated, modern elegance.

"Our ceremony was held at a beautiful location on Sal's parent's property overlooking the Brokenback Mountain ranges. The property was completely transformed, and it was perfect. Our reception had a clear marquee with fairy lights and three long tables - it was intimate and romantic. We had speeches, dinner and a lot of dancing! A saxophone player joined the DJ, and we didn't leave the dance floor all night."

"Doing the first look before the ceremony was so special, and it was nice to have a moment together before the whirlwind of the day began. It was also extraordinary walking down the aisle with both Mum and Dad. A Chicago-based designer made my wedding dress, Alyssa Kristin. The second wedding dress was purchased initially as a full bridal gown in a sample sale and transformed into a party dress."
